We took Chloe to the library the other day.  She loves to play with the puzzles they have there in the children's section.  There was a girl there with her mom and they were sitting at the table with all the puzzles.  The girl looked like she was around 4.  Chloe climbed right up into a chair at their table and started playing with a puzzle.  I sat at the next table over, close enough to keep an eye on Chloe.  The girl seemed uncomfortable with strangers sitting that close to here.  She kept moving closer to her mom and saying, "Mom, I'm sitting here now."  Then she said, "Mommy, I love you."  Her mom replied, "I love you too."  Chloe looked at the girl and said, "Mommy loves you."

This weekend we were at Carl & Janice's and Janice had out some extra invitation from Alissa's & my wedding, I think.  I wasn't paying a lot of attention to what they were talking about, but for some reason she read it aloud to Devon and it had my full name on it.  I heard Devon exclaim, "His real name is Robert?!?"

Last night we went to Braum's to get Chloe some milk.  Alissa ran in while Chloe & I waited in the car.  Chole was in a 'Mama' mood last night.  She wanted Mama to hold her, not Daddy.  As soon as Alissa got out of the car, Chloe started asking, "Mama?  Mama?"  I told her, "Mama went into the store to get you some milk.  She'll be right back."  I don't know why I say things like that to her, because it never satisfies her.  She continued to ask for Mama until Alissa came back.  Then, when Alissa got in the car she started crying for 'mook.'  That means of course that she understood exactly what I told her.  She though, "Mama's back and she has milk for me."  That's crazy to me.

So, I was looking all over the house for my book today.  I was sure I had left it on my nightstand, but it wasn't there anymore and I couldn't find it anywhere.  It turns out that Chloe had taken it and put it in our hamper.  Of all the things . . . .

I think I'm going to open a bakery and call it 'Vulgar Display of Flour.'
